The air is thick with a haze that won't clear You find it hard to breath and fate won't disappear You're sailing on a sea of selfishness and doubt You try to scream but the storm just drowns you out The horizon in the distance, it bares no sight of land You;re starting to wonder now about just where you stand A crack of thunder sounds, and your dooms not far away You turn to look at me, but, I've nothing left to say And we watched as your sinking ship capsized Watched you in the rising waves Watched as your sinking ship capsized Watched you succumb to your ways And who are you to question me? I am right where I should be My mast's unbroken, my sails unfurled You have come to the end of your world You breathe so quick, and the breath sticks in your throat You think you've found the place about wish they all wrote The vision flickers, then it melts before your eyes You find yourself alone and screaming for your life You always said to me you'd save me if I tried But you can't understand the way I live my life I do not need your help I'll be who I will be And now it seems that you;re the one who needed me And we watched as your sinking ship capsized WAtched you in the swirling wind Watched as your sinking ship capsized Watched you fall prey to your whim And who are you to question me? I am right where I should be My mast's unbroken, my sails unfurled You have come to the end of your world And we watched as your sinking ship capsized Watched you in the rising waves Watched as your sinking ship capsized Watched you again

I helped you escape from that fate that you made It makes me sick how many times I saw you fall on your face You never noticed me, but now I'm right here to say I'm gonna laugh when all those diamonds in your eyes fall away You couldn't handle the pain, the regret, and the shame Your apathetic facade was the cause of the pain You had you're fun with me, and then you left me to bleed I guess I'm not the kind of guy that could give you what you need You're lies are coming to the wire You will get just what you desire You're not the one that I admire You're life is just a dryer fire You were a constant draw, I was the final straw I never thought that you would only see my every flaw I'll admit at the start, back when we met I was blind But everything is looking clearer now I've opened my mind To escape from the name that you carved in my face I had to run away from you like I was part of a race I see you laughing now because you've figured out me But, baby, I'm not as predictable as I might seem You're lies are coming to the wire You will get just what you desire You're not the one that I admire You're life is just a dryer fire Bring out the big guns I'm not here to play You'll find out soon what life is like on your knees You're lies are coming to the wire You will get just what you desire You're not the one that I admire You're life is just a dryer fire I finally escaped from that fate that I made I know I made you sick, but I am not the one you should blame I noticed every time that you were right next to me Now with the diamonds gone I feel like I can finally see You're lies are coming to the wire You will get just what you desire You're not the one that I admire You're life is just a dryer fire I'm not the one that was a lier I never got what I desired I can;t help that I'm not admired My life is not a dryer fire

Well she was a good girl, but no one knew her name So she had to find a way to make her own fame She talked to all her friends, asked them what she should do But all of them were in her situation too Trashy Ashley She found a way Trashy Ashley She's here to stay Trashy Ashley Well that girl just drives me wild Trashy Ashley But now I never see her smile She wanted to be just like all the cool kid types So she tried to dress her ass in skinny jeans so tight But I'll never forget that girl's punk rock ways It's such a tragedy, why did she have to change? She knew that she wanted more And now she's looking to score Trashy Ashley She found a way Trashy Ashley She's here to stay Trashy Ashley Well that girl just drives me wild Trashy Ashley But now I never see her smile She changed her style so many damn times Lost all her friends, but she's never alone at night This kind of life it just doesn't look the same And now she's wishing that she could lose the name Trashy Ashley She found a way Trashy Ashley She's here to stay Trashy Ashley Well that girl just drives me wild Trashy Ashley But now I never see her smile Trashy Ashley She's gone away Trashy Ashely And she was never meant to stay Trashy Ashley And now I can drive her wild Trashy Ashely Yeah, I knew I could make her smile She knew that she wanted more Than just getting to score

We drive past these city lights Under the dark black sky, And darling, it's a perfect ride for two In your grandfather's car Though it won't get that far, Anywhere is far enough with you And I'd like to say I'm tired of the norm But something 'bout you never gets me bored Why try to fight this feeling I'll just end up falling down 'Cause something 'bout you always keeps me 'round The lake is glistening Like the sew on your skin Baby, we'd better go inside You're toweling off you're hair I just can't help but stare I can't believe the way you grip my eyes And I'd like to say I'm tired of the norm But something 'bout you never gets me bored Why try to fight this feeling I'll just end up falling down 'Cause something 'bout you always keeps me 'round It's the sun and the moon and the stars in the sky, It's the mist in the air it's you and I, It's a drunken kiss on a midnight shore, It's the way you make me beg for more And darling, I can't think of a better way to waste my time Than sitting right here, close by your side And I'd like to say I'm tired of the norm But something 'bout you never gets me bored Why try to fight this feeling I'll just end up falling down 'Cause something 'bout you always keeps me 'round And I'd like to say I'm tired of the norm But something 'bout you never gets me bored Why try to fight this feeling I'll just end up falling down 'Cause something 'bout you always keeps me 'round

Johnny has a problem Johnny is out of control He had a TV party With the kids of the black hole Stealing people's mail And lynching the landlord Things to do when angry, young and bored Johnny was only a lad Johnny hates the scene First he hit an old man Then he hit and run Pauline The record player spinning the best times I never had So why do my old records make me sad? Cause they're so bad And no one seems to understand The glory of guitar When out of tune The off timing The singers who can't sing The beauty of flaw He's a teenage vegetable Listens to last resort He's got PCP in his veins He lives inside a quart Johnny is a punk rocker Johnny is he queer? Johnny needed two bags And a car to commandeer Johnny wasn't liked much But he had a lot of friends Waits on stage eating ludes A mindless brainwashed pig Johnny was a good man Till the day that he got shot He had a jacked up chevy That could blow you off the spot Johnny always needs More than he takes Forgets a couple chords Forgets a couple breaks Johnny says he's bound By only six strings to this world Johnny Quest hates sellout bands And Johnny pukes adrenaline Johnny is an angry amputee

about

This EP is the culmination of 7 months of work, research, and creative drive. The entire thing was self produced. Even the artwork was done by my wonderful dad, Bill White. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed making it.
